GATPL manufactures high-precision aircraft structural components, aero engine parts and landing gear components, from complex alloys such as Titanium, PH steels, NCM steels, Stainless steels and Aluminium alloys, up to 2 meter in length and 300mm in diameter.
GATPL employs state-of-the-art CNC equipment and has a range of 3, 4 and 5 axes CNC machines. The multi axes machines allow intricate parts to be produced with the least number of operations and setups to cut time and cost.
Innovative and standardized part holding techniques and setups provide quicker set-up times, further improving efficiency. The wide range and variety of machines give programmers the discretion to choose the appropriate and most cost-effective route to manufacture a particular part.
